Thom has been a real estate appraiser since 2014 when he joined CM Appraisals as an Appraiser Trainee. He became a Licensed Residential Appraiser and later, a Certified Residential Appraiser before joining The Maine Appraisal Company. His diversified background includes experience as an international business owner, photographer, and yes... even a tomato truck driver. He is professionally affiliated with the Maine Assocition of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors, York Region Chamber of Commerce, the Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Appraiser Network Maine and New Hampshire. Thom is also a licensed Associate Broker / Realtor with Williams Realty Partners and can assist with you with other real estate needs beyond appraisals. When not in the the office, Thom spends time with his wife and two children exploring the great state of Maine.

Elizabeth has been appraising since 1990 and became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 1992. She has worked extensively in the rural markets of the Western Maine Lakes Region and the Oxford Hills Valley completing appraisals on both residential properties and land. When not working as an appraiser Elizabeth is a professional musician singing and accompanying herself on the harp. She does not like to brag, so we will for her... she is not just a professional musician, but a talented one as well :)

His key roles include scheduling nap time, snack time, and quitting time. Outside of the office, Oliver is often found digging, barking at squirrels, and rolling in the grass.
